For the first time EVENTMATIC, the event management platform by Infordata Sistemi, managed the seating for Ballando con le stelle, the Italian edition of Dancing with the Stars: the allocation of the studio seats for the first episode, broadcast on Saturday 3 October on Rai 1.
The 21st edition, in a new home
On 3 October Ballando con le stelle returned to Rai 1 with its 21st edition, hosted by Milly Carlucci, and with a new home: the Studio Pippo Baudo at the Rai Centre in Saxa Rubra, Rome.
How the EVENTMATIC seating module works
With the seating module, managing the seats in a venue takes three steps:
- upload the floor plan of the venue;
- divide it into numbered areas;
- assign the reserved seats.
Every guest has their own seat and the organisers follow everything from a single platform.
